TpT Seller Challenge-Makeover Madness

Making products is NOT my forte', but I do enjoying creating some things to use in my classroom that might be beneficial to others teachers. Every year, I give my students a "Reading Interest Survey" to get a quick idea about how and what my kiddos like to read. 

This product was my FIRST ever TpT creation and I would like to use it for the new school year so it was the perfect product for me to give a makeover for the TPT Seller Challenge! Check out the small changes I made! 

I made a few changes to the cover page, main document, and my terms of use page. I am pretty exited to have had a few spare minutes to update this. Grab this FREEBIE if you feel like you might be able to use it with your kiddos in the new year. I am always grateful that I took the time to ask them about their reading interests. The survey gives me a beginning glimpse into the influence that reading plays in the lives of my students and provides me with a foundation to build off of throughout the rest of the school year.
